Exercise
Exercise can move your muscle and circulate the blood to brain smoothly. At the same time our memory also can be better. Practice this even just walking around.

Play with Number
Sharpen your mind by trying to play with number like remember your friend’s phone number. Beside that you can connect the numbers with something to strengthen your memory.

Learn Something New
Try to activate your mind by learning something new as for example is take Japanese Language Course, short term course, involve in motivation camp, seminar or something like that.

Games
Play board games like chess, scrabble or monopoly can excite your mind. Beside that today’s technology is much better which we have computer games and video games. Choose a game which could challenge your mind.

Read more
Make reading as a hobby. Reading can expand your knowledge, develop your mind and sharpen your memory. Try to remember some of the fact inside your reading material.

Just practice what I bring in here and I’m sure it can help you to develop and strengthen your memory.
