To women they will feel huge burden on their waistlines  during winter. Normally during this season they will spend more time at home. When nothing to do, they will easily to feel bored and then the normal activity they always did is get a box of cookies. During those period it is easy for them to put on a great deal of weight. By the way, there are a few ideas you can try to help you avoid gaining weight in the winter.

First thing you need to do is to make sure your kitchen cabinets are filled with some healthy snacks. If you have no idea what it is we will suggest to you some. Actually baked chips, low fat microwave popcorn,  granola bars and pretzels are in category of low calories and fat snacks which is very good for you.

Secondly try Keep away yourself from sweets. That really can give bad impact to you. Why not you keep a carton of frozen yogurt rather than make full stock of sweat or chocolate bar.That would be better for your health.

The last thing is don’t be so lazy to do indoor exercise.You can just do it at home. Its good if you have some spare room. If not you can just do that in front of your TV. Make is as your habit. no need to do the hard one. I think do sit ups for a few minutes every day also can help.

All the step are not really hard to do. You can start it as soon as possible during this winter.
