After pregnancy most of the women will experience hair loss. Normally our bodies are function differently during pregnancy. At that time we don’t shed any hair but its happen differently when pregnancy is over which is you shedding tons of hair. In order to form a bones and cartilage for the babies your body will using all the calcium. You will start facing hair loss when not enough calcium for both you and your baby. To face this issue we need to learn from people experience because sometimes doctors also cant answer this situation. This is what I learn from the past and how I corrected it.

First, don’t be panic. Every problem have a solution and what you’re facing will not happen to you permanently. Actually this problem not really hard to handle. You will get your hair back.

What you need to do then is give a close look at your prenatal vitamins. See carefully either that vitamin contain what pregnant women really require. Any calcium supplements that you purchase outside need to get an advice from panel doctors first before you take it. Just to make sure it is safe for you and your baby. As we know Vitamin D is needed to absorb calcium but that also could harm you if you have too much vitamin D.

Take more foods which is rich with calcium. A great ways to get calcium is from eating yogurt. cheese stick,milk and ice cream. By the way keep in mind don’t take ice cream too much because that will giving different result.

Don’t over wash your hair because when it is wet hair are not so strong. Try to keep your hair dry as much as possible but remember let it try naturally. Don’t use any equipment like blow dryer or something like that because that can weaken your hair. One more things to keep in mind, please don’t use rubber band on your hair or overuse of using hair product and chemicals.

That is what you need to do. Simple right!
