You need to make sure either your family origin have this disease or not because if have meant you need to be alert with all the symptoms and suggested to have yearly check up. However it’s better if you taking preventive ways even none of your descent ever have any heart disease.

One more thing, it’s highly recommended for you to take a treatment and control your meals if you got high blood pressure or diabetes. Control your stress and don’t just easily get mad. Please discuss with your parents if you have any problem. Below is some of the recommended prevention ways:

• Exercise at least 3 times a weak which about 20 to 30 minutes each.
• Maintain ideal weight
• Stop smoking.
• Learn how to overcome stress.
• Check your blood glucose.
• Check blood pressure.
• Be caution on your cholesterol level.
• Taking medical check up periodically.

Lastly keep in your mind preventive is better than cure so please see doctor if you not feeling well and seems like having some of the symptom that stated here.
