Play board games like chess, scrabble or monopoly can excite your mind. Beside that today’s technology is much better which we have computer games and video games. Choose a game which could challenge your mind.

Make reading as a hobby. Reading can expand your knowledge, develop your mind and sharpen your memory. Try to remember some of the fact inside your reading material.

Many people have this problem. They really love to eat something at night, particularly snacking even they already know that is not good for health but seem like they can’t stop that habit. 3.If you feel bored, try to do new activity to keep yourself busy. Try origami , knitting or another craft, so at least you can do something during watching Television.
