Exercise
Exercise can move your muscle and circulate the blood to brain smoothly. At the same time our memory also can be better. Practice this even just walking around.

Play with Number
Sharpen your mind by trying to play with number like remember your friend’s phone number. Beside that you can connect the numbers with something to strengthen your memory.

Learn Something New
Try to activate your mind by learning something new as for example is take Japanese Language Course, short term course, involve in motivation camp, seminar or something like that.

Games
Play board games like chess, scrabble or monopoly can excite your mind. Beside that today’s technology is much better which we have computer games and video games. Choose a game which could challenge your mind.

Read more
Make reading as a hobby. Reading can expand your knowledge, develop your mind and sharpen your memory. Try to remember some of the fact inside your reading material.

Just practice what I bring in here and I’m sure it can help you to develop and strengthen your memory.

Taking Enough Sleep
1/3 of our life has ended with sleep, yet got people who like to stay overnight or not taking enough sleep. Our bodies need a rest. When you’re tired that will interrupt the data or information which already included in your brain as well as effect your capability to learn something new. So that enough sleep is important because it can help your memory to function properly.

Pressure Control
Pressure only can effect you health and making your sold not feeling good. You will more become a person who not sensitive with environment. Not only that you also can’t think properly and will spoil your memory as well. You can control your pressure by doing meditation, yoga, aromatherapy and something like that.

Be Careful with Vitamins and Supplement
Many products which have been selling at counter or pharmacy are not suitable for us. There is a few products telling can strengthen our memory but in fact some of it has giving side effect to us. So it’s better if we get vitamin needed for our bodies by taking balance food or refer to panel doctor before buying any vitamins.

So, prevalence usually refers to the estimated population of people who have a certain disease at any given time. Incidence in its turn shows the annual diagnosis rate, or the number of new cases of a disease diagnosed each year.

Gestational diabetes is one of several diabetes types. It develops during pregnancy. So, it affects pregnant women only. Though, it affects not all pregnant women. Statistics says that about 4 percent of all pregnant women (or 135,000 cases) in the United States have this problem each year. It’s absolutely intolerable to say that “ONLY 4 percent”.

This rate is rather high. Moreover there is a danger that after a child birth this disease can develop into a stable form at once or within five to ten years. This depends on the individual peculiarities of the body, genetics, and some external factors. Approximately five to ten percent of women that had gestational diabetes also had diabetes following child birth.

Gestational diabetes is not a reason to refuse from getting pregnant. Of course it’s a danger, but its possibility is rather low.

What is asthma? Some people not really take to much attention on asthma because they taught this is not serious diseases. That is bad because we need to know that asthma can attack any people and it would impacts your lungs.

Until today,  there is no cure for this disease. But to make asthma symptoms very low we strongly advise to  change our lifestyle, make proper medical treatment and ouselves should have personal awareness .
