Thousands of women have had unnecessary surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy as a result of routine breast cancer screening, doctors have warned.

For each woman whose life is saved, ten healthy ones needlessly receive mastectomies and other treatment, a study found.

Experts said the NHS should do more to warn women of the high risk of a false positive.

But cancer groups fear the news may lead to more deaths by putting women off the screenings, which are estimated to save more than 1,400 lives a year in England alone.

All women from 50 to 70 are invited for the checks every three years. Around 1.7million had them last year out of the 2.2million who were offered appointments.

But some experts say they are not sensitive enough to show which cases will lead to fatal tumours, and those that pose no threat.

More than 45,500 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every year and around 12,300 die.

Twenty-three doctors, surgeons, academics and health specialists claimed yesterday: ‘There are harms associated with early detection of breast cancer by screening that are not widely acknowledged.

‘There is evidence to show that up to half of all cancers and their precursor lesions that are found by screening might not lead to any harm to the woman during her lifespan.

The latest research found that the risk of the most aggressive type of testicular cancer to men who smoke cannabis. According to the research men who smoked at least once a week or who had smoked since adolescence were twice as likely to develop the disease as those who didn’t use the drug, the U.S. researchers found.

Dr Stephen Schwartz, who led the study, said their study still have many question not been answer. At the first they though that marijuana use may be associated with testicular cancer.

‘What young men should know is that first, we know very little about the long-term health consequences of marijuana smoking, especially heavy marijuana smoking – and second, our study provides some evidence that testicular cancer could be one adverse consequence. So in the absence of more certain information, a decision to smoke marijuana recreationally means that one is taking a chance on one’s future health.’ explain Dr Stephen Schwartz.

From the study at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Centre in Seattle, Washington, they conclude that men who smoked cannabis were 70 per cent more likely to be diagnosed with the disease and men who smoked at least once a week or who had smoked since adolescence were twice as likely to have testicular cancer, they report in the journal Cancer.

Heart is one of the very important organs which started functioning since fetus until the person died. It pumps the blood to provide oxygen and nutrient to whole body through blood circulating system. Human easily can die if their heart unhealthy.

Healthy heart normally can pump about ten thousand litre blood a day and it will beat about hundred thousand times a day, which meant between 60 to 80 times per minutes. When bloods not circulate properly it will not reaching a section of heart muscle and that could cause heart attack.

The major cause of heart attack called as arthrosclerosis. Arthrosclerosis happen when conglomeration of fatty has gather inside blood circulating system then blocked the blood flow to heart muscle. This causing lack of oxygen on heart and if this condition has not restored quickly heart muscle will going to die then be replaced by scar tissue.

Lump of fatty is come from high cholesterol in blood, so that we have been advised to taking low fat meals because fatty contain very high cholesterol. Arthrosclerosis may cause severe or long-lasting problems like heart failure if not threated earlier.

Some of heart attack factor is:-

• Not active or lack of exercise
• Smoking
• Not practice balance food
• Fat
• Diabetes
• High Blood Pressure disease
• Stress

There are a few symptoms for heart attack:

• Shortness of breath.

Do you know that by having a big bum can give benefit to your health? This is what just found by researcher from the Harvard Medical School in the U.S which is  the fat in buttocks and hips can help you to protect against type 2 diabetes.

The researcher believe that drug could be produced from human fat  that will giving some effect on us to preventing diabetes. In UK there are more than 2.3 million people have diabetes. Today’s children have a risk for dying at a younger age.

Researcher Dr Ronald Kahn said it was clear  there are two different properties from two types of fat. He told media last week ‘The surprising thing was that it wasn’t where the fat was located, it was the kind of fat that was the most important variable.’Even more surprising, it wasn’t that abdominal fat was exerting negative effects, but that subcutaneous fat was producing a good effect.’

‘I think it’s an important result because not only does it say that not all fat is bad, but I think it points to a special aspect of fat where we need to do more research.’ He added

Researchers have known for some time fat can increase a people’s risk of developing type 2 diabetes but  there are less prone to these disorders for those with pear shaped bodies. Because of that theory now  it turns out that fat responsible for the pear shape may be actively protecting them from disease, perhaps by releasing certain hormones.

Currently the Harvard team still doing the research to proof them what they found is absolutely true.
